The Tolpoort Vegetables sales team consists of three experienced salespeople who are fully committed to providing optimal service to our customers. With their in-depth knowledge of the market and the products, they play a key role in connecting our high-quality vegetables with our customers’ needs.
Our team maintains close relationships with retailers and food service companies, both domestically and internationally, as well as exporters and wholesalers. They strive to build lasting partnerships together. Through a customer-focused approach, proactive advice, and strategic support, they continuously work to optimize product ranges and achieve growth in our product categories.

Max van Ooijen
Max is responsible for the daily sales of the entire product range. As product manager, he is also responsible for chicory and broccoli. In this role, he oversees the logistics and commercial processes and ensures optimal coordination between supply and demand. Max is also responsible for sourcing field-grown vegetables both domestically and internationally. He focuses on building and maintaining reliable supplier relationships to ensure the continuity, quality, and availability of the product range.

Danny Duijs
Danny is responsible for the daily sales of the entire product range. As product manager, he is also specifically responsible for managing and optimizing sales for the cauliflower and radicchio product group . As Lead Grower Relationship Manager for open field vegetables, Danny also focuses on building, maintaining, and strengthening strategic partnerships with field vegetable growers, with the goal of achieving sustainable relationships and joint growth.

Jürgen Ratelband
Jürgen responsible for managing and developing both national and international retail accounts . In this role, he maintains customer relationships, identifies market developments, and contributes to the company’s commercial growth. He is also responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and coordinating their implementation. He ensures that Tolpoort Vegetables’ marketing activities align with corporate objectives and market needs.
