Maarten started his own business on 1 January 1998, after he and his brother decided to go their separate ways. Building is in the family, because as far back as anyone can remember, a Botman has always been a builder.

Family and partners play an important role within the company. Maarten works with his brother Mark and sister Marjolein, while Mark’s girlfriend Roos is also involved.

TPV was co-founded by them in order to be closer to the trade, gain more insight into the process and save costs.

In addition to work, there is also time for relaxation. Maarten and Mark regularly play tennis together and share a passion for travelling and socialising.
